Fishing Clinton Lake

Hello…We live in Central Illinois but I've never fished Clinton Lake.
  If you find some good info about Clinton Lake please post it on here. I'd
  sure like to drive over there some day and give it a try. Sincerely, Mike W.

I have recieved some information from friends here. They suggested to go down by
the spill way. They have been catching strippers there. another spot is by the
power plant. The water stays warm there year round. Some people catch some good
size crappii fish there.
