International Expansion Strategies – James Scott – OTCBB
Going public, the ultimate in the evolution of companies who are seeking access to powerful global finance options for rapid expansion, deepening corporate roots and gaining industry prominence as a true powerhouse and player. The process of going public is technical yet pretty straight forward: business plan, Private Placement Memorandum, Direct Public Offering, Financial Audit, S-1 filing, SEC comments phase, SEC approval, FINRA approval, symbol and then you’re public.
Never price shop for consultants that take companies public and be weary of consultants that will start off a conversation by answering questions geared toward price and giving you quotes without understanding your business first; without the proper information a realistic quote can’t be given anyway.
When you’ve found a consultant that you’re comfortable with you’ll need to get a solid understanding of their full range of services. Of course you’ll want a consulting firm that will handle all of the above for your company but you’ll also need to consider the post IPO services. What happens after you’re public? The reality is, selling off stock in a rapid fashion to raise capital is the last thing you want to do, instead you need to approach your consultant and market maker on how to cross collateralize your securities to raise equity loan capital.
This can be done easily and quickly if you’ve brought on the right group of advisers to expand your company to the global public. When considering the idea of taking your company public it’s important to note that there are many ways to raise capital after you are public without selling off chunks of your company (consult your financial advisers for more information).
Next, when deciding on a consultant they should also have solid investor relationships to assist your company in raising the capital necessary to go public. A true turn-key consultant will have a database of investors seasoned in the process of pre-IPO finance and will often times jump at the chance of investing in the PPM and DPO phase at a discount for companies that are in the process of going public as this almost guarantees that the investor will double or triple their initial investment when the company achieves public status.
Out of the hundreds of consulting firms that offer the ‘take your company public’ service, there are only a dozen or so that actually offer the complete full range of services needed to successfully accomplish public status in a way that maintains investor confidence and corporate longevity. Do your research and find a firm that is well seasoned in the turbulent waters of this industry.

So many companies dream of going public to raise massive amounts of capital, as set up for an exit strategy, to make acquisitions with stock and for many other reasons. While your intentions may be pure and with genuine motives, you’re entering shark infested waters of boiler rooms, crooked attorneys and underbelly consultants who have made careers off of taking well intentioned executives just like you for a 24 month rollercoaster ride while they take every penny you have as your company shrivels up like week old road kill.
Just and honest consultants in the ‘public offering’ industry are as rare as the illusive white elephant. This industry exists in a cesspool surrounded by rose gardens; from afar it looks amazing and an image of a dreamland but get up and close and the sludge and odor are enough to make you run and hide. So what do you look for in a consultant? The best consulting firms are the ’boutique firms’ with minimal overhead that keep a low profile and are made up of 3 or 4 ‘partner’ consultants.
These firms typically have the experience of working with the large consulting groups but for one reason or another have decided to leave and go out on their own. The great thing is, these small groups typically have massive contacts and process your entire public offering in-house. Offering a complete turn-key solution that is managed in-house offers a huge advantage because there is accountability and you can actually build a relationship with the people that are making your dream of a public offering come true.
These ’boutique’ consultants will usually stay onboard as growth consultants for the life of the company in exchange for modest fees and a pre-IPO or pre-OTCBB equity position. The large firms will hack you out at the knees and gouge you with fees while they take massive amounts of equity in your company which takes away your bartering chip when you need to offer more stock to the public to raise capital.
The small firms will also work one on one with you to show you how to use your stock to grow through acquisition and other nifty ways to use stock to grow. Seek out the boutique consulting firm and save the attorney for spot audits. Hold on to your cash. Why pay outrageous fees to lawyers when you can pay 60% less with a small consulting firm that will add all the bells and whistles for free and actually get your stock trading, usually in half the time?

Pet rabbits are one of the most favorites of people who like to have indoor pets. These are very joyful animals to have around. Firstly before getting yourself a rabbit pet you should know facts about the rabbit.
There are many rabbit breeds available in the market. You should try knowing the characters of each breed and then select the breed which you would want to go for. This is because every breed has its behavior characters which you need to study. Not all the breeds of rabbits are friendly so you need to choose the friendly one.
Breeds may vary in appearances also. So if you have some of your own priorities you can choose the appropriate one. A Mini Rex may be calm breed for you to go with. You can get rabbits from various pet stores or animal rescue agencies and adopt them.
Having a rabbit at your home as a pet makes you take certain responsibilities. These include; you should take care of the rabbit in the aspect of its food habits, its health aspects which are very important considerations. To keep the rabbit healthy it should be fed well and most importantly the environment in which it is being kept should be hygienic and healthy.
Pet rabbits would love to chew, and they need to do so in order to maintain healthy teeth. Chewing is a natural way to keep their teeth from overgrowing. Make sure you do not discourage chewing and also make sure to give them proper chewing toys to prevent overgrowing of their teeth.
It is very important to know the food habits of rabbit. What to give and what not to give is very important. It is a herbivore animal so make sure you do not feed it flesh and meat. After you get your rabbit at your home you may choose it let it free at home premises or may choose to have it caged. If it is boisterous then you should definitely go for a cage. Generally rabbits are small animals and love to hop around. So having a large cage would be a good idea as the poor animal would get suffocated in a small cage. You should need to keep a layer of straw and some toys with its feeding dish and water in its cage so that it can feed on it whenever it feels like to. Japan’s Pro Wrestling Icon: Mitsuharu Misawa
Mitsuharu Misawa died in Hiroshima, Japan earlier this year less than a week before his 47th birthday. He was in a tag team match for his Pro Wrestling NOAH promotion with Go Shiozaki against Bison Smith and Akitoshi Saito. Saito hit a back suplex on Misawa, which appeared to knock him unconscious. Medical staff attempted to revive him in the ring, but when CPR failed he was taken to a hospital by ambulance. He never regained consciousness and was pronounced dead on arrival.
There’s at least a small bit of solace in the fact that he died in the ring doing what he loved, and what he did better than just about anyone on the planet. Misawa’s last moments were spent working the kind of brutally stiff, athletically realistic match that got a generation hooked on Japanese wrestling.
A top level amateur wrestler in high school, his skill gained the attention of All Japan Pro Wrestling president Shohei Giant Baba. He made his professional debut in’81, and got his first big break in’84 when he was chosen as the second Tiger Mask replacing Satoru Sayama. In’90, he had his longtime tag team partner (and occasional rival) Toshiaki Kawada unmask him.
Misawa would wrestle as himself from then on, and become an even bigger star in the process. In June,’90 he became one of the top stars in All Japan Pro Wrestling when he defeated Jumbo Tsuruta. That match was his first main event appearance at the venue Cheap Trick made famous in America, the Nippon Budokan. He soon faced Triple Crown Champion Stan Hansen in an unsuccessful challenge for the title, and would become arguably the biggest native star in Japanese pro wrestling for the next decade.
He had legendary battles against Kawada, Hansen, Kenta Kobashi, and Steve Dr. Death Williams in singles competition. Misawa would continue as a mainstay in AJPW until the early part of this decade. After the death of Giant Baba, he left to establish Pro Wrestling NOAH. He would serve as the companys president while wrestling a full time schedule until his untimely death.
Japanese pro wrestling served as an introduction for many American fans into shoot fight sports and MMA. Before the Internet, fans would trade videotapes to stay up on the latest matches from Japan and along with Jushin Thunder Liger and The Great Muta Keiji Mutoh it safe to say that Misawa is one of the wrestlers most responsible for getting a generation of American fans hooked on the product. Were it not for the subculture he created in America, later wrestling promotions like Ring of Honor and MMA promotions like the UFC wouldn’t have had a ready made audience to tap into.

After some tense moments during a ‘communication breakdown’, both Lamar Odom and the Los Angeles Lakers got what they really wanted all along. The Lakers retained the services of their valuable sixth man, and Odom will return to the team after an intense recruiting pitch from the Miami Heat.
Terms of the deal weren’t immediately released, but both player and team appeared relieved that things had worked out. In early July, negotiations broke down after some miscommunication between Odom’s agent and Lakers’ owner Dr. Jerry Buss. While Odom worked to mend fences–including several personal phone calls to Dr. Buss–his agent was receiving interest from a number of teams. Miami, in particular, was extremely interest bringing out some heavy hitters including Dwayne Wade and Pat Riley to make a recruiting pitch.
When it was all said and done, Odom didn’t want to leave Los Angeles At the official signing ceremony, he hinted that a dynasty could be in the making:
“I guess basketball-wise, I feel complete. I want to feel it again. It’s kind of an overwhelming feeling. I get goose bumps when I think about it, and as long as I continue to play professional basketball, I want to always feel that. The way I feel during the summer, I always want to feel that. If we can win six, seven, eight, nine, 10 championships in a row, I want to experience that.”
While talk of 10 straight championships may be mere hyperbole, theres no reason the Lakers cant run off a repeat or better with their current lineup. In fact, with the teams signing of Ron Artest the lineup may be better than a year ago. Artest brings not only his infamous swagger and intensity, but an element of toughness and versatility that Ariza lacked. Such was Odoms commitment to the Lakers is that even during his free agency, he helped recruit Artest to sign with the team:
“I spoke to Ron two days before he signed, and I told him how important I think it is for him to come here. Because I know how hard he works, he needs to experience basketball at its best, at the highest level, and he needs to become a Laker. Two days after that, he signed.”
Lakers GM Mitch Kupchak was understandably pleased that he could not only bring back the nucleus of last years championship team but very possibly an improved roster:
“Three or four months ago, I didn’t think it could be possible that we could basically bring this team back in whole. Lamar had a wonderful season that ended on the best possible note you could have, and Lamar had a lot of options. … Here it is, July 31, and we have brought back everybody that we wanted to bring back.”
Odom has spent most of his career in L.A., either with the Lakers or the Clippers, and he noted that the city is home to him and his family:
“I didn’t want my kids to have to change schools — just the little things. I’m comfortable here. I’ve been here since I was’ years old. I’m proud to be playing for what I think is the most popular brand in sports.

Hospitals and Medical Centers have many opportunities to significantly reduce and manage their energy costs while maintaining or even improving patient care and comfort.
Healthcare facilities are significant energy consumers, typically using an average of 28 kWh and 110 cubic feet of gas per square foot. HVAC (including cooling and space heating) represents about 62% of hospital energy use with lighting comprising 13% more. Focusing on these two areas with their combined 75% of total energy usage is very useful for developing an energy efficiency plan.
However, knowing where to focus does not mean it is always clear exactly where to start. By taking a carefully planned “whole facility” approach, it is easier to feel confident that you are making the best, most financially and operationally prudent energy efficiency choices for your unique facility. In today’s industry there are proven and recommended engineering approaches and technologies available that can guarantee results. And by working with an experienced, energy services company or engineering firm, choosing the right options does not need to be complicated.
The best first step is always to focus on quick, low cost or no cost solutions. This can include training staff to turn lights off when they leave unoccupied rooms, using sleep mode settings for computers when not in use, shutting off AHUs that serve unoccupied areas at night such as cafeterias, offices, conference rooms, etc, using programmable thermostats in rooms and areas not occupied 24 Hrs / day to turn up or down temperatures in different seasons, and having the HVAC systems serviced and cleaned on a regular basis. After you’ve addressed the “low hanging fruit”, next steps can involve choosing from a variety of longer term options that are designed to deliver much greater energy savings. Options should be considered based on their proven track record of success, whether they are “Approved” or “recommended” by organizations such as Energy Star, US DOE, USGBC, IEEE, etc., their cost effectiveness and return on investment as well as consistency with your hospital’s goals and culture Experience has shown that some of the better programs for hospitals include lighting upgrades to high efficiency fluorescent, CFL and/ or LED, use of occupancy sensors and day-lighting opportunities , sine wave modification for lighting circuits, liquid pressure amplification for central chiller plants, energy management based on occupancy, anti-compressor short cycling for roof top units, demand controlled ventilation, use of variable frequency drives and possibly equipment replacement for older systems that are approaching the end of their useful life. As you move forward with this, it helps to know that you don’t have to do it alone. There are experienced firms who can help make recommendations and provide turnkey services for you. In choosing a partner to guide this type of “whole facility” approach for you, it is important to look at a number of factors. You may want to ask the following: What is their level of experience using these various technologies, do they use proven and recommended approaches, what are the credentials of their staff, are they members of key industry organizations, what is their level of knowledge of your industry, do they offer a free initial evaluation and do they offer guarantees at each step of their process.
And remember that the sooner you begin, the sooner you start saving your hospital’s valuable and limited resources.

I deal with S1 attorneys all day every day and most of them are entrepreneurial, hard working and interested in helping you in any way they can but there are also a lot of bad ones out there. If you are taking your company public the last thing you want is a broke as a joke s1 filing agent.
I recently had the misfortune of working with (for a very short time I might add) a New Jersey lawyer who had us all convinced by her pepper gray hair and fluency of legal jargon as a second language and quick calls to what she had us convinced where big shot investors who had millions to put into this and other transactions we brought her way.
During initial negotiations she and I sat down in a coffee shop and went over her equity position and fees in the transactions that she’d be working on for us and it was pretty simple and straight forward. I would have my team organize and structure the company and transaction and she would simply file the s1 in exchange for 2% to 3% equity. Pretty nice payday for minimal work and gaining equity in an average company producing $5m+ per year.
Ah yes, but when it sounds too good to be true it is and when it seems too easy of a negotiation…it is! When she sent us the contract she felt the need to add a few percentage points to the tune of 7%, making a total of 10% equity and she also was charging an extra $10k to fill in the blanks on your prototypical PPM doc. Why did she jack up the price? Her response was, “This S1 will have comments”. I almost died laughing. Of course it’s going to have comments with the SEC, that’s why it’s called the ‘comments’ stage.
We talked her into taking 2 payments for the $10k, half upfront and half on completion but we really should have dumped her right there. She didn’t want to keep her word on that either so I paid her the last payment before the fee was due and just got rid of her.
Turns out she never filed an s1 before and her whole act was a sham. She was desperate for cash and nickled and dimed us the whole time. I laugh about it now but it wasn’t funny when it happened. We lost over a month of transaction time because she couldn’t tell the truth.
The client was going public on the OTCBB with a valuation of around $5m, her suggestion was to raise capital pre public for $1 per share because the company would have a hard time qualifying for the NASDAQ if it started at anything less than $1. This company was years away from even considering the NASDAQ as an option but her in experience and need to prolong the deal to rape us for fees was so blatant and careless that she did everything she could to add as much confusion to the deal as possible so that no one knew what was going on, therefore she got away with a lot and was able to pick our pockets for weeks before we got rid of her.
The moral of the story is this: not all attorneys are rich. The truth is, most are very modest as far as their earnings. There is too much competition these days so there are predatory lawyers out there that will lie, double talk, triple talk and run you around in circles. All the while the clock is ticking and they are billing you like it’s going out of style. Watch your back with the dead broke S1 lawyer.

Top Tips For Energy Conservation At Home
One of the hottest topics at the moment regards our impact on the environment. As such, we are all looking at ways to cut back on the amount of energy we use. As with many things, this energy conservation begins at home. Here is a selection of top tips to help you cut down accordingly.
Two of the biggest wastes of energy in the home are inefficient use of heating and cooling systems so, as a first step, ensure these are well maintained. Secondly, try notching your thermostats down a degree or two; you shouldn’t feel the impact too much physically but you sure will financially. Also ensure your air conditioning unit has good airflow, and any obstructions are removed.
Household appliances are also big users of energy, notably washers and dryers. Ideally, washing should be line dried in the fresh air. This obviously is a big saver, but also adds certain freshness. If the dryer does have to be used however, try and do loads so that one load goes in as soon as another finishes. This helps to retain heat in the dryer and saves energy.
Another appliance that eats up energy is the refrigerator. There are not too many people that clean the rear of their refrigerators all too often but, if this is done weekly or at least monthly, dust will be kept to a minimum and the refrigerator will operate much more efficiently. Also, the seal around the doors should be checked often to ensure there are no leaks wasting energy.
Ovens and stoves should also be well maintained; dust, grease and grime reduce efficiency and vary the cooking temperatures produced dramatically. It is also worth having a thermometer to use in an oven to get the exact temperature, as LED displays are not always accurate. A side benefit of the thermometer is that you will likely find that your food cooks better.
These are only a few basic steps to help get you started with home energy conservation. Once started, you are sure to find many other areas you can cut back on or make more efficient. Not only are you helping to do your small bit for society, but your bank balance will look a whole lot better too.

After extensive negotiations, the Portland Trailblazers have signed All Star shooting guard Brandon Roy to a five year contract extension. Roy will be in the final year of his rookie contract in the 2009-2010 NBA season, and securing the services of a player that did no less than turn around the franchise was the teams top summer priority.
Some suggest that the emergence of Roy actually saved the Portland NBA franchise. After a run during the late 1980s behind Clyde Drexler and Terry Porter, the team went a long way toward alienating their passionate fan base. They had a competitive team at times, but Blazer management was tone deaf to the desire of the community to have a franchise that they could be proud of off the court as well as on it. Instead, the Blazers pulled together a roster consisting of character challenged reprobates that earned the moniker JailBlazers for their frequent legal transgressions.
In the late 1990′s, Portland owner Paul Allen finally had enough and cleaned house. The new management was given the charge to put together a roster that would not only win games, but win back the Rose City fans. The acquisition of Roy will likely be looked at as the turning point for this effort. The Blazers acquired Roy on draft day 2006 for Randy Foye, and would go on to win the NBAs rookie of the year award.
Since that point, Roy has become the face of the franchise. The Blazers”who were 21-61 the year before Roy arrived”posted a 54-28 record last season. Roy has become the centerpiece of a talented young team had has not only become a force in the NBAs Western Conference but has gone a long way to winning back the Portland fan base. The current crop of Blazers is more likely to be found in the aisles at Home Depot or at Starbucks than in the police blotter, and the team seldom puts forth a substandard effort on the court.
Roy will earn $4 million dollars in the last year of his rookie season, after which his five year $82 million dollar contract will kick in. The first four years are guaranteed, while the fifth is at the players option. Roys agent Bob Myers strongly suggested that Roy wanted to remain with the Blazers for his entire career, noting that he “is one of the unique players to have a chance to have that sort of relationship with one team.”
The team will now turn its attention to signing a long term deal with forward LaMarcus Aldridge. Aldridge is also in the final year of his rookie contract and a key component to the teams recent success. At last report, talks between the two sides are progressing.

Give Us A Reason Why Luxury Women Love Suede Bag?
Suede, I have a serious love hate relationship with you. The soft texture always lures me in and completely reminds me of fall and winter. And I am a girl who truly loves fall and winter. But then there is the problem with upkeep and cleaning.
Because of its texture and open pores, suede both gets dirty and absorbs liquids quickly and easily. A darker suede color like brown is a good choice, since it will not show wear or dirt as quickly as lighter suede colors. And because I have a thing for chocolate this Miu Miu bag is calling my name.
I rarely find myself drawn to chocolate brown bags, but the Gucci bags is worth a gander. I do like a deed chocolate brown color. I just rarely find myself buying it. And by rarely, I mean close to never. But I feel like a dark brown color would suit my collection and me well. This Miu Miu Tote is a great option for a slight equestrian touch, with a fall feel, with a scholarly finish.
Only a few more months to go and fall season will indeed fall upon us in a snap. With that, you might already want to take a look at what’s hot and not for the said season and gear up yourself to be in style. Purple is one of the popular colors for the fall and winter, so having such can definitely pull your looks to the trend.
Another Gucci Handbags is about to be adorned by those seeking for a sophisticated, chic and edgy carryall. This Mulberry Bayswater Lambskin Leather Bag is definitely the perfect choice of purse not only for the spring season but also for the next as it comes in a totally chic and timeless design.
Giuseppe Zanotti’s latest bag designs are seemed to have take inspiration from military styling; and this Giuseppe Zanotti Belt-Detail Suede Clutch is definitely another example of such. Other than that though, this also seems perfect to anchor safari styling for the new season.

If you own a pool, then you should know that swimming pool resurfacing is an important part of keeping it in a excellent condition. After all, who wants to go for a dip in a pool full of holes, cracks, and discoloration? Even with plaster surfaces, enough water exposure over time will result in damage and debris; factor in the chemical exposure that comes with applying necessary disinfectants, it is not a question of if but one of when swimming pool resurfacing is required.
Swimming pool resurfacing is really a sort of renovation that is accomplished once in a great while. With the proper applications, it might even be done by the pool owner him or herself. When correctly performed, it will result in much less maintenance required, less chemicals needed, and last for two to three decades under the proper care. What is this miracle application?
It is fiberglass resurfacing. A fiberglass shell will decrease overall operating costs while supplying a whole host of other benefits. Fiberglass bonds well with existing pool surfaces and provides a nice sheen that makes pools appear as if new. Such a shell should prove far less prone to staining, algae growth, and other causes of discoloration – as its track record of more than three decades in use demonstrates.
pool resurfacing is required due to the passage of time. Water and chemical exposure will deteriorate even concrete. The caulking that some pool owners execute is but a temporary measure and ultimately useless, as even plaster will crack and literally pop off in time!
And speaking of plaster, replastering is another dead-end choice since it’s a complicated process which will require such costly steps as sandblasting, while with the right product one may rather easily perform fiberglass resurfacing oneself without having to hire contractors or any other specialists.

The Bench Press: A Yardstick To Measure Strength?
The bench press is arguably the most renowned of the weight lifting exercises, with even couch potatoes understanding what it seems like in a general way. It is hip with many bodybuilders, and traditionally utilized by soccer coaches as a yardstick by which to guess a candidate’s strength. Yet, a backlash is developing against the overemphasis, particularly in the preferred culture, of the bench press. Many sports professionals have abandoned it as a benchmark because there are other lifts that might better measure overall strength than the bench press, which measures only shoulders and chest strength.
There are actually a few differing kinds of bench presses. What the majority mean by the term bench press likely alludes to the flat bench press, its technical name, derived from the angle-less position of the bench. Decline bench presses involve a bench at an angle such that the lifter’s head is closer to the ground than his or her feet, while incline bench presses involve a bench with an angle which has the lifter sitting up anywhere from forty-five to 60 or so degrees, depending on personal tastes ( incline bench press benches are often somewhat adjustable ).
The bench press could be a fatal exercise if not performed properly under correct conditions. Each year someone dies from it, though each death has been avoidable as victims were usually working out alone. It’s very important to use a spotter, a coaching partner who is able to physically assist with failed lifts or with forced reps. Having such help is useful as the muscles find out how to overcome weird amounts of resistance.
If one must exercise alone, care needs to be taken to use a power rack. This is due to obvious safety reasons first and foremost, but the power rack is a superb piece of gear that also allows for multiple exercises like squats and dead-lifts. Practicing the overhead lift is most efficient with a power rack, particularly for beginners.

Believe it or not, a lot of webmasters are still building their affiliate review sites using static HTML. If you have ever designed in static HTML you know that it takes a lot of time to do it right. At minimum it could take you nearly a week to build a website if you are designing each single page from scratch. Any changes that you need to make or pages you need to add will also have to be done from scratch. What a pain in the neck!
I definitely suggest that you utilize Content Management System, or CMS, to develop your website. A number of CMS exist that do not charge a dime, such as Plone, Joomla, WordPress, Xoops, and others. Most CMS are open source and available for personal use!
I have build numerous WP review site, it is easy and simple. It is no longer necessary to employ page designing instruments to create any page of a website. Instead, I just install WordPress on my domain, set up a SQL database, come up with a nice looking theme, then install the necessary plugins. You can honestly have a brand new – and good-looking – review site built and ready in minutes.
Some themes are better than other for developing review websites. Redesigned for use as a landing page, themes ought to be ideally optimized. Are you wondering what you need to focus on when developing a theme?
Here are points you need to be alert of to:
1. Remove navigation at the beginning of your homepage.
2. Deactivate your widgets. There should be nothing the takes your visitors away from your theme.
3. Make use of a light or white background with dark text so it is easy to read.
4. Arrange the order of the posts. For example, the top reviewed product should be at the top of the page. After that, categorize the other posts in descending order by popularity.
There are just a few tips to set up a WP review site. For constructing review sites, you must locate some appropriate themes, as well as a few good related plugins.

Everyone would like to have a lower electric bill. Here are a few things you could do to try and cut down on the amount of electricity you use, and therefore make your bill more manageable.
Turn out your lights when you are not using them. Make sure that when you leave the house, you leave on the minimum number of lights necessary. You may need to leave on one or two for safety reasons, to make the house look occupied or to be able to see when you get home. But you do not need to leave all of the lights in the house on.
Set your computer to an energy-saving mode. All computers can be adjusted so that they go into sleep mode when they are not used for a certain amount of time. This will allow you to save energy without having to re-boot your computer each time you want to use it.
Unplug your cell-phone charger when it is not in use. Even if there is no phone attached, your charger is still using electricity if it is plugged in.
Install energy-saving light bulbs. They will help you to cut costs even when the lights are on.
If you have children, set limits on the number of electrical devices they may use at once. No one needs to have the television, the computer, and the radio all on at the same time.
These are a few of the ways that you can save energy and help lead your household toward a lower electric bill. This will contribute to your efforts to save money in all areas of your budget.
